We source our diamonds only through genuine suppliers complying  with Kimberly process of mining. An eye for perfect Diamond makes our jewellery unique and valuable. We specialise in Diamond identification and grading. Our fine cut Diamonds fall in the premium category of VVS-VS-SI clarity and F-G colour range.

All our jewellery comes with premium certificate from recognised global certification boards like IGI or HRD.

We DO NOT provide refund on our products. Although we provide exchange by giving a credit note of the value of the first invoice after some deductions like taxes, this credit note can be used by the customer to buy any future products at their convenience.

We provide lifetime warranty on the products. Repair services for manufacturing defects is covered under our free service Although, repair services of any other kind are subjected to payment.

We also give free cleaning and free polishing service for lifetime.

we provide you with a life time free post sale services that includes; 

1. Jewellery cleaning
2. Polishing
3. Resizing of chain/ ring
4. Changing the metal polish

Any addition to the jewellery in terms of metal, diamonds, colour stones will be charged to the customer as per actual.

Rings, bracelets or necklaces will be resized once it is purchased, Sales staff will call once the purchase is done and then will resize it before delivery.

Resizing can be done at any point of time even after delivery.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders in India will be processed within 10-15 business days . Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 20-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
